• Please understand, once purchases are finalized through our website, all sales are final. You will be receiving an electronic file to download or physical prints that go into production almost immediately, so there will be no way to return your drawings. Please contact us directly with questions about plans or possible modifications. Any changes or additions you require that can or may be completed by our designer at The House Plan Studio, LLC will be an additional charge at the current hourly rate.

• All plans and drawings are the intellectual property of The House Plan Studio, LLC and you are agreeing to a one time use of this design. Any reproduction of this plan and use for additional projects is prohibited and protected by copyright and by this agreement.
